I've got endo/ferro with a STD 170, UAC5 with 2 tons ammo, and 3 small lasers on the R60L.

It works pretty well and reminds me of when I used the Kit Fox, but this is much more tolerable because I'm not shoot me sized.

I'd advise to play conservatively for awhile, the Urbie factor made me a bigger target for dual gauss than 3-6 other players in an open area on more than one occasion ಠ_ಠ

Granted, I don't own the Urbanmech, nor do I plan to get one ever, but the above builds should be workable at least.

Edit: It should go without saying, balance front/back armor to taste.

You can drop the ML and run an XL 180 with 2 JJs instead.

I am definitely planning on trying it, within the next couple hours. I think that is the only way to get an AC20 in there.. so yeah, have to.

Well, you can try, I did.

On the training grounds.

That was enough to convince me there's no way, no how I'm going to drop with a 60-rated engine.

Not only is it slower than anything you've seen, the torso twist is glacial. It really, really shows how bad an idea it was to tie torso twist to engine rating...

XL170 for now, AC/10 and SL. 2 tons ammo and 1 JJ in the (S).

I was told that my mech looked like it had taken a **** in its pants as we walked up to the initial engagement. Yeah, the convergence to reticle is about 5 secs at 0/8 basic with STD 60. Lol. ******* win.
