When Are Faction Points Rewarded?

Just a simple question. Does a player still get Faction points if they leave a CW map after they have been killed the 4th time? Before the match is officially over.

Or does the points get rewarded when they leave the match?

Case in point. After I lost my 4th mech, I just jumped out of the match and checked my Faction progression. Went back later, after match was over, to see if my rank hit 100% but it didn't move at all.

Yes. To the first one. Today I logged in an got my eight rank in FRR. Last night I exited the game right after I lost my fourth mech.

You miss the contract rewards though for a victory given AFTER the match.
