Hey guys,
Bought a Mech Pack on the online web store (not the in-game one). Was wondering how long it takes to receive these items credited to my account? Didnt see it noted down anywhere, or if it was noted somewhere on the page (Warhammer Pack) I must have missed it.

log out all the way out and log back in, if that doesn't work, wait 15+ as suggested. Or maybe go see a movie. Like Star Wars!

did you order it through the Warhammer page or through the gift store?
If you ordered it through the Warhammer page packs are supposed to be delivered on the hour, so you should have got it by now.
If through the gift store you would have been emailed a code which you have to redeem.
