Do we have a definitive date and time for the next townhall meeting? I remember it was tentatively set for January 29, but I've heard nothing since and do not see any information about it anywhere on the website.

Anyone have more info on this?

At this point, I don't think they wonder anymore. They know, just don't care a whole lot.

Unfortunately I don't know who to blame for this one. Is it a community manager issue for not dispersing the info to the community?

Not bashing anyone, I just want to know who to start bugging about getting this information posted on their official website for once. Now you have to try and track, Twitter, Reddit, Google, and everywhere BUT mwomercs.com for pertinent information ABOUT mwo mercs.

I think Russ has had a grand total of one Townhall meeting but did not include a mech pack announcement. So predicting there'll be a pack announcement is a pretty safe bet. I understand they gotta make money, got to pay the bills, etc. But the perception is that Russ only has a town hall meeting when it's time to announce another pack. And that does get wearisome. Really wish that they would just announce their packs on the website, and through normal channels, and save the townhall meetings for serious questions about game balance and gameplay etc.

And what the next Mech Pack is that I should buy in the meantime.

Last townhall meeting they told us about a second guy hired to help with the website. Since you dont pay someone to do nothing i wonder what they are doing. Are we going to get more website feature linked to the game like better stats/more info or are they redoing the web-ui we have now or is it just maintenance?
