Hard Points are not unexpected.
But similarity to Jager shall result in it being a niche acquisition, with no significant change in playstyle from the latter.
I am looking forward to the Crusader and Archer.
But in the balance of things. I dont think I want to have ANOTHER Heavy

I don't have any Jagers so...
Also likely to have better sensors (at least if they move ahead with PTS concepts) and different quirks. Could end up being better, who knows.
Also, you could make a similar argument with the Catapult and Archer. If the Archer keeps the waist level cockpit, I expect a lot of unhappiness on the forums. Might need an Archer due to my Wolf's Dragoons allegiance.

Looks sweet. I almost perfectly called it, again, either that or they took my feedback post seriously. I love the variety we're seeing in these iconic returns.
They took the 5D instead of the 4D I recommended as a base variant . . . but the 5D was the 4th "extra" variant I suggested and the hardpoint suggestions are almost exactly the same. That's perfectly fine by me, as it's just a more updated version of the previous variant. Nothing wrong with having a 3050 variant in there; and I should have expected as much since there's just about always one 3050 variant in every chassis lineup.
Man, I want Flamers fixed so badly so I can throw money at this (even if it's only on the Rebalance Servers, so I know it's coming). The Rifleman is one of the classics I really wanted to see remade, and it looks great. I really want it badly.
These look so great. PGI is really challenging my convictions hard on this, but the Rebalance PTS Phases have been doing good things. I may purchase this on good faith because of what the Rebalance has been accomplishing so far. I'll have to think on it. I want my Flamer fixes, and convictions say no purchase until I know Flamers are going to be fixed. What a quandary.

There just isn't that value, uniqueness and collectability anymore. In fact, these spaced out packs cost more
