Probably true but 2 HPPC allows ridge peeking with minimal exposure for full 30 damage.

Dropped a couple of Heat Sinks to upgrade my uAC/5's to rAC/5's. Great firepower upgrade, if much less sustainable than the Ultra's. Then again, the ultras just jammed all the time, so the heat sinks were mainly there to cool the MLs.

HPPC allows not only for having all your main weapons in your top hardpoints, you also have 2 energy hardpoints left for ERML's as an example.

the HPPC is an OP weapon, I'm expecting it will see a nerf anytime soon. The K2 is the master in using this type of ppc's too due to quirks and superb hardpoints, hopefully they will not ruin the mech because of the HPPC.

Ive ran just about ever varient of the k2 since beta and right now i am finding the most fun is this build

40 alpha that is repeatable with coolshot and with full survivability it can splash tank quite a bit inbetween shots. rest of he skills put how you like i prefer heat managment based skills on this mech though as it can run toasty.
