I'd guess and say with the 400xl and clan endo+FF it'll be close to 45 ton fully armored depending on what's hard locked. Hopefully nothing since it's a battlemech.

Nothing will be locked, just like the IIC mechs. Customize away!

This might just be the 1st mech pack I buy into. Here's why:

1) I have a feeling the Kodiak is gonna be poppin'. Maybe even hear some cries of OP and P2W.

2) It's one of those ultra-iconic franchise mechs. Maybe the most fearsome of them all.

3) 1st Clan hero.

4) I need a Clan assault focus. The Dire Wolf is not my style and the Executioner seems to have too much crap added on, although the MASC buffs may remedy this somewhat.

5) Russ said there would be customization with engine options n' such.

6) I wanna support PGI, but MC is not useful. Meh.

I can't wait and I probably wont be waiting for c-bill release this time.

Hope you're ready for those alphas from sneaky murder bear.
I can see it already... you turn the corner and run face first into this.

modified Kodiak Prime
XL400, ES, FF, 1 JJ, 15 DHS
8cMPL, UAC/20, x2 ASRM/6
100 points potential damage

Yes, it's enough to pop yourself if you alpha that ****. Will people do it anyway? **** yeah they will. Will it be more terrifying than the Atlas? **** yeah it will. Will it get Nega-Quirked to death? (I hope not but...) **** yeah it will...

Also, HoverJets FTW.

I like the Kodiak. However, without melee, it's already a shadow of itself.

Pfft, the claws were cosmetic bro. Clanners were anti-melee, it was considered "dishonorable". (Admitedly Ghost Bear broke that rule the most...)

Well you can thank all the light pilot babies for crying about collisions.

I'll start celebrating when they add another IIC wave with the following mechs:

Locust IIC

Shadowhawk IIC

Rifleman IIC

Warhammer IIC

But until then I'm interested in seeing how this big boy performs. Was never a fan of it's heat management in MW2:GBL, but I'll be honored to fight alongside your ghost bears that are celebrating over your totem mech finally making it to the game. Congrats.
