Sadly I and my unit's leadership could not quite get my own unit to this point of critical mass. So some kind of merger is probably the best path forward for those of us who want to play FP with a degree of seriousness.

My unit is not so active. But I am. I have plenty of Clan/IS units I drop with for faction play.

EDIT: there's talk of space captain forming his own CROW sub unit... but its just that... talk...

You're still welcome to join my unit as we do faction switch IS/Clan contracts at least you'll be sync'd up to play faction clan or IS then.
