Community Warfare Phase III:

Russ: No matter how much they try, there is no way to intermix group players with solo players without unbalancing the match
Approx 10% of the player population plays CW
According to Russ: "We need to try and separate the queues and see if it works"
- solo queues are players with no unit tag and no groups are allowed, also freelancers (freelancers can drop on any side for any faction for a single battle contract) - unit queue organized groups go into the group queue as well as tagged players, one man merc units with a tag count - there will be no PSR matchmaking for CW
New MC rewards system - An amount of MC per planet per battle window, and a lifespan to how long a planet earns MC - For example 1MC per planet - 3 windows x 1 = 3MC per planet per day - Unit leader can assign the MC to the members in any way he sees fit - if unit switches faction Planet income is lost
Total number of planets being contested should be 10 or under - every faction will vote who they are at war with - there will be a single planet under contested for each faction that declares war - this should consolidate players into battle queues
Cost of recruiting will grow as a unit gets bigger - this is designed to dis-incentivize the zerg units, will also prevent gaming system by dropping unit tags and re-tagging

Rescaling mechs is a huge job =p 1 full work day per mech, full retexture and animations for just a 1% scale change
Half the mechs in the game need rescaling
Quirks will have to be revisited - For example 82% global volume shrinkage on the Nova
