want some good mid- short range Clan Brawlers/skirmishers, minus the timber wolfs
right now i have a drop deck oh hunchback IIc, Storm crow, Mad Dog
my swap out the mad dog, But debating between Summoner, Jag, and hell bringer
Might get a Hell Bringer for ECM support, and a bit of long/mid range lasers
So it comes down to Summoner, and jag For Brawling.. Any Opinions?

Jag with 2 large pulse and 6 small pulse, use the large at range and in close when desperate, other than that when around 200 meters use the small pulse, 6 small pulse will use 20% of your heat cap.
You can also go with 1 gauss and 5 med lasers but for me that is more a mid range build due to heat.
Helbie, 2 uac5's with 3-4 ermids, more mid range but works well in close.
Summoner, 2 uac5's with 2 mids, you need the arm with the -30% jam chance to make it really work, have the uac's in the torsi for high mounts.
I know you said minus the timbies but you can get 2 large pulse and 5 small pulse into a timbie and it works very well.
Good luck warrior.

Novas aren't bad either if you don't mind mediums and as long as you use those jump jets to get in and out of harms way. Stock -S loadout (6 MPL, 4 MG) is hilarious fun

The Nova is always a surprisingly nice Clan brawler mech to play imo. My prime is set up with 12 ersl (Firing 6 by 6, so no problem with heat). Up close that is a massive amount of pinpoint damage with the fully articulate arms and the Jumpjets to aid in spreading damage/getting out of harms way).
You just need to play carefully and only start brawling once the battle is well underway. Else you just end up smeared over the map due to the really wide front profile (its more like the bottom half of an Awsome in that sense).

Medium is my favorite class, got hunchback IIC and storm crow, playable inner sphere mech, but I figured for clan warfare since I got tonnage I should go at least heavies for last 2 brawlers
