OK when you are in a match you can see your lance's armor % in the top left corner of your HUD. Is there a way to expand this to show not just your lance but everyone on your team grouped up by lances? If so would you want this?

The HUD in MWO is so primitive, I hope it's one of the things they can fix if they upgrade the Cryengine.

If you look back at the MW5 trailer that was released ages ago, you can see they actually had a concept for a dynamic HUD that showed relevant information as necessary. Of course, it was unclear if the relevant information would pop up automatically or if it was the pilot / mechwarrior who made it appear. But in lots of other games, like Star Citizen, you can push various buttons to bring up relevant information in the HUD as needed. The list of weapons isn't always up, for example. Nor is the ship's 'paper doll'.

It would be nice to have the same functionality in MWO. I'd like to be able to remove HUD boxes I don't need, or replace them with other information that I find more useful at any given moment.

Yep, it would be nice if we can bring different HUD infos. I also want MW2 style HTAL bars for my mech's health reading.

Hold down "Q" and you'll see the percentages for everybody on your team.

I really wish that Q was permanently on, or was a toggle for on and off, there's no reason for it not to be, really.

Maybe not permanently on, as it adds to the clutter greatly, but a toggle would definitely be fine.

I really don't like HTAL, but another member mocked up a got version of the paper doll where the sections would be filled / emptied like a bar
