PGI can get in trouble, or at the very least can be forced to admin/moderate your builds if the copyright owners are sufficiently miffed. Though I suspect that this would be pretty far afield and probably not worth pursuing (for the copyright holders).

Well, folks have been trying to kill off lore and immersion in favor of "mah bettur shooter" for 3 plus years, so don't see the issue.... except it actually is not against lore immersion!

City of Heroes by nature already put itself in line to have potential conflicts because ya know... Superheroes.
