OK, so no MC, Mech, or Bay rewards so far. I've already have over a million c-bills and don't know what to do with them for lack of mech bays (filled up my my 50+ some time back). I think I have Ox Blood already and quite a few Hula Girls from previous events.

Yeah...pass for me. Don't get me wrong, not critical of PGI this time. I think this event is good for newer players but I'm sitting this out. Too much real life stuff going on, especially since its still the Lunar New Year period.

Yeah this event is pretty underwhelming rewards wise. Free stuff is always nice I suppose though.

Is this what you call a challenge? You should call it cheaters heaven, getting bashed over and over again the last match took 2:39 to get defeated 12-0 on Tourmaline. If CW ver 3 is a waste of time I am dropping this game. Too many air filled promises, too many cheaters to make it worth playing anymore.

I used this event to take out some of the trial mechs even though I have some of their c-bill cousins in my hangers. It made the matches a bit more interesting piloting a different build.

I think other pilots had the same idea because I saw a trebuchet on the battlefield! Hopefully it finds another trebuchet to exchange gifts with...would make a good Hallmark movie.

The KMDD component, You Overheat My Heart, will get you 8 each Air Strike, Cool Shot 6 and UAV, as well as a Pug in a Helmet cockpit item.

I guess you didn't figure... They'd have to make the minimum age 35+ at least in order to keep me out. I'm already 30+, even if my stupid voice I was born with doesn't reflect it over 'TeamSpeak' or 'In-Game VOIP'... I'll just sit back and laugh at you for a while. BTW, there is a minimum age already... 13+ or 18+, somewhere in there... Read the ToU sometime.

I have to say, I love that the rewards are hidden. The mystery makes doing each of the challenges more appealing when doing each challenge. It takes away from the feeling that I am just completely grind for X reward for this challenge, and X reward for that challenge.

BUT I wouldn't be all for every event onward having the rewards constantly hidden. I think a mix of this hidden system, the grab bags, and just having them out plainly would be a nice thing to add some spice to the events. Hell, hidden rewards with the grab bag system would be kind of cool to see once in a while.

There aren't many cheaters playing MWO...

Those 2:39 games are due to bad players taking bad builds refusing to work together as a team.

To quote the challenge text: 'Play at least 16 matches in Quick Play, each with a minimum Match Score of 150.' . You probably missed the match score 150 part. If you win a match but have a match score of 149 or lower, e.g. by dying early in the match or not contributing much in general, the game won't count for the challenge 'Quick Playing games with my heart!'
