Sure, Skirmish allows freedom... but people do the same 1 thing on every map on skirmish. Rather it be go to the centre of terra therma or nascar around caustic valley, same thing over and over. Or on some maps there is 2 things you can do...
Meanwhile conquest on most maps at the least does 3 stuff and attack strategies and at most around 15 (such as splitting up on a regular basis or kill first cap later or cap first kill defending). annd assault at least encourages 2 ways to the place as going 1 way is predictable...
