my favorite brawling build is my Juggernaut AS-7S
Juggernaut

Deletes one mech at a time at 270 meters.
Yes, that's terrifying.

Lots to consider here. Thanks, everyone!

Just be mindful of the heat. After one alpha strike you're gonna be very toasty, so beware the heat, but enjoy the deletion of enemy mechs, if you can get close.

Atlas d DC, AC 20, 3 SRM 4 on chainfire, 2 Med lasers. Really fun, really classic build. Doesn't play well on large maps, but oh such a good time on smaller ones.

I made this on my Mad Dog:

Firepower is definately there and if I do make it past half way the match most enemies start dropping with one full volley of missiles. Chainfiring them is also quite hilarious as its almost non stop missile barrage.

But unfortunately thats where the positives really end. The mech is bit sluggish and is definately lacking armor. Side torsos are hard to defend and they get blown off very easily. But when it works and I get to hammer enemies without taking too much fire in return its really a blast to use.

I have to try it with streaks as well at some point.
