Part of playing online is the occasional ****** teammate. It happens. But it definitely doesn't happen all the time, or even all that often really.

No, not PGI's fault. If you are LRMing from more than 350M (any further and you will probably miss) away its your fault.

I don't get it. Are you waiting for a "-20% shaty pilot skill" buff or a "Get out of tier 6" module. None of the gripes you listed have anything to do with the game itself, rather a dissatisfaction with other people learning to play the game. Believe it or not it takes time and practice to devolpe some skill in this game. I'm not saying you don't have any skill. However, you need to be a little more sympathetic to other players who might still be learning the game.
Maybe you should play more and tier up. I hear there is a lot less FF in tiers 1 and 2. I honestly can't remember the last time I was shot in the back by a team mate. If it happens, it is probably because I shot blocked them.

Teamkills happened in MW4...in fact, you could purposefully suicide blowing up on someone for damage and heat (would usually shut them down due to overheating). I would think it would be fair to say, but correct me if I'm wrong, that in any game in the shooter genre has teamkills. Not sure how you can blame MWO for allowing it. If there wasn't team damage you would get raving, salivating lore peeps that say it's not like a simulator!
As far as LRMs, well got nothing to say since I don't use them. However, your statement, "...sorta like slapping my whatever" is kinda cryptic.

While using a weapon that is supposed to be usable out to 1000m...
You can use LRM's at their max range in MWLL because the fighting is on battlefields instead of arenas, so matches aren't just poke>hide, popup>hide, etc.
MWO maps is why LRM's join the MG and flamer as the worst weapon trio.

Sorry, I already just about ignore LRM's in matches because the few that do manage to hit me do very little damage.

Putting terrain between you and the enemy so you cannot be hit.

Not in my experience. I'm a new player (started playing at the beginning of February) and I've played quite often since then. I'm tier 5 and I've never been killed by a team member.

Unless it was suggested 3 months ago that they were going to change what you were wanting, it isn't going to happen. It usually takes a lot longer for game developers to think about then actually make adjustments unless something is completely broken.
So LRMs suck, how about trying something else and getting in the mix.
