Targeting Computer MK VII - which can be put on any chassis

• Beam Range Boost increased to 10%

• Projectile Speed Boost increased to 35%

Other TC models do lesser boosts for less weight.

Now return to your regularly scheduled quirk whining.

I prefer the weight free quirks, personally.

True. Extra weapons are a much better way to use the saved tonnage from lightweight clan equipment.

TC MK VII or 7xDHS...

Is this really a question? Posted Image

I'll use a TC now and then, if my build has a spare ton and only one slot left.

I prefer lighter weapons with more range and damage and xl engines that dont kill you when you lose a torso and the ability to switch out hardpoints to take advantage. BUFF CLAMS MOAR, not easy enough.

I prefer posts that only include the pros and completely ignore the cons when someone wants to say something when they don't actually have anything to say.

This build is perfectly fine with TC MKVII. TIMBERWUB MKVII

Same deal with the Wubon Jaguar.

Not to mention Clan mechs had their negative quirks removed
What is this thread even about?

I have a feeling the TC s will be like PPC. Not really OP, but in some situations they will work very well. I still do not see the TC7 being the goto device mostly 1-4.

7 tons is a lot of weight that could be used for other equipment . For 7 tons it better provide some useful features.

The significant change here is the buff of the TC1, which was (the only) useful TC already before buffs. Personally I would have slightly nerfed the TC1 and buffed the TC2-7 slightly more than they got now.

Yeah, you'd only need to drop the TC7, a MPL and some heatsinks and RA armor for a Gauss + 5x MPL build instead. Imo the TC2-7 still stuck, but the buff of the TC1 was a pure clan buff. Not huge, but still.

Lol let the joke builds begin by IS just to see if they can fit a TC in. Would you have the above build or http://mwo.smurfy-ne...91b70bc6de715e8 which would be good at all ranges except extreme long range.

The DPS is just as big as 2CLPL + 4CERML config, thanks to CMPLs' low duration. And the damage is more focused. Of course, reducing the TC to MKV and adding 2 more DHS is also fine.
