Hey! Where's My Thunderbolt Missile System? Where's My X-Pulse Laser?

Reason#1, Almost double the weapon system.
Reason#2, Almost double the mechs. Where's my favorite Mad Cat II??? Timber Wolf II???
Reason#3, No PVE Mode! I Wanna fight AI with my friends and earn the commission Via different contract. Not always fight the other players! Hate some players are better pilot than I am.
Reason#4, Missile Guide System much more efficient in MW4. Don't need to keep lock on target in MW4! My MWO Missile Accuracy is below 30%! (Yeah, I'm a missile fan in MW4. Easy controlling, one click and wait, the missile will do the rest. )
Reason#5, Why can't I equip Clan weapon in an IS mech!?!? Why can't I equip Is weapon in Clan Mech!?!? I can equip both weapon in MW4!
Come on and bring on the New technology!!!! You guys are way too slow PGI ! 1 day in game = 1 day in reality is nonsense setting!!!
Rather playing mini-heli damn U PGI.

Every single one of your questions has already been answered ad nauseum... use the search function ffs.
EDIT: P.S. LRMs have an accuracy of arrond 90% if you actually shoot with line of sight. Only larger launchers spread damage far enough around that some missiles may miss due to the spread being larger than the target. Also fast moving mechs have a chance of being faster than the misile turning radius, so some may land behind them. Only scrubs who rely on others to hold locks for them have drastically lower hit rates, because they hardly ever bother checking if an obstacle is between them and the target.

Mechwarrior4 Mercs came with something like 14 Mechs. we currently have more then 60, yes the fan made expansion to MW4 Mercs had more Mechs than MWO.
the Mad Cat MKII is years ahead of current timeline, as were many of the weapons systems and other Mechs from MW4 Vengance or MW4 Mercs.
I think the only timeline relevant stuff which we are missing is the BLaser, Snub Nose PPC, and Thunderbolt Missile.
with the most recent Mechs released we are at the time where the first Mixed Tech designs are reaching prototype stage, it is still another 4-5 years in timeline before mixed tech is being widely fielded, and that would make balancing a complete nightmare, the funny thing is that the Clan Tech IS would want is the equipment and upgrades, not the weapons (possible exceptions missiles, ERML and LPL), while the Clans would probably want the IS Balistics and most of the lasers for the reduced burn duration.

Im quite sure the IS would have no problem with most of the weapons. C-ERLL with the long beam duration and the LBX (which arent really widely used on the clan builds either ) may be debatable... but the rest? Half weight weapons, longer ranges... UAC20 and 10 on an IS mech? Heck yes!
And dont forget half sized ES/FF, which would mean Assaults could add both instead of only one and shoehorn even bigger weapons in.

as I said most would want the clan equipment and upgrades but as for weapons, yes, the Clan stuff is lighter but seriously beyond the Gauss and AC2 would you take Clan ballistics over IS? which is better a 20 damage single shell or 4 each dealing 5 damage, I am pretty sure most would go with the single shot IS ACs over the multi shot Clan ACs despite the weight difference, OK the SRMs and SSRMs do not really have a disadvantage but what about the LRMs, the Clan LRM is bad against AMS, many people consider the IS LRMs to be superior despite the fact that they weigh twice as much, and lots of people would prefer to take IS lasers to Clan lasers despite the Clan stuff offering significantly more damage.

A multishot lighter AC dealing 20 damage per wave with lighter? No... a Multishot lighter AC dealing 20 damage per wave and then another 20 damage in ultra mode? Yes It is basically an AC40 weighing less than an AC20 with a chance of jamming.
Stream vs. blob firing LRMs is again debatable, but still the half weight aspect really makes a difference if you are going to use a LRM5 or 10 or maybe a LRM20 instead of 10... but a constant stream of missiles is absolutely destructive for any mech trying to brawl with one of your teammates. he has constand screenshaking ontop of whatever your teammate dishes out at point blank range. The best mobile missileboat (imo of course) is still the Maddog with 6*LRM5 plus backup weapons. The only other mech that can manage that is the Cat A1 and even then it is heavier and can not bring the backup weapons for infighting incase a light comes too close without sacrificing at least one LRM launcher for a short range launcher.
As for energy weapons:
Why would anyone want to take any IS SL, SPL, ML, MPL or LPL instead of the clan variants with more range and more damage? Yes, the heat is higher, but not that much compared to the weight saved on the LPL as well as the longer range and higher damage.
The ERPPC is debatable, as the clan does not have the option of the regular PPC, but still the Clan ERPPC blows the IS ERPPC away in nearly aspect.
The only one where I would really say I would rather take the IS version is the ERLL due to the long burn times.

I always confused between thunder bolt and arrow IV cluster. Whatever, they are both power missiles I liked but do not show up in the game.

The actual Thunderbolt is a medium range missile. Think about it as LRM trading some range for concentrated damage. In MW4:Mercs Thunderbolts were ridiculously overpowered.
Together with Arrow IV Cluster missile, both weapons were overpowered takes on the actual Arrow IV system.
