Just make them do the test. Take the cAC2 (Sounds awesome, surprisingly...)same 2KM/s as the Gauss, and the Gauss.

Go to Alpine, and find a nice cliff face past 2500M (infinite rangefinder), and shoot both.
Notice the Gauss hit the centre pixel, while the AC2 hits somewhere below.
