Okay, I'm going to go through this and cover everything. If some of it seems dumb, I mean no offense.

To start, this is not a web browser game. You must download the client to start, either by Steam or directly from this site. To do that, got o the top of the page and click the "download Now" button that is a large blue section on the top right.

Follow that and download the client. It will need to update, expect this to take a good long while.

If this is done, then after downloads and patching is finished, click the "play" or "start" (big blue button in the interface again) to get going.

From there, you will need to log in once the client has started. Same log in information as these forums actually.

If all of this is already done, then I will need more description as to what the problem is. (If you've hit the "newbie" post limit, you can just edit your first post here with more details. I'll keep an eye on it for a while.)

Stuck in Mechwarrior Academy and trying to start actual matches? o.o.. "Play Now" in upper right after returning to main menu.

where are you trying to start from?
have you downloaded and installed the game yet?
what options do you see?
have you done the tutorial?
have you clicked quick play yet?

please provide any other information you think may be useful
