I dislike how it always steals the mouse during load screens and I have been experiencing lately that when I can click off, it's not allowing me (even though my cursor is on another window) to unless I alt-tab... Hope it's just a bug.

That's exactly the problem. Teamspeak or Browser is even the active window but the mouse is gone until you alt-tab back into game and out again. So the game only steals the mouse focus not the window.
