It's a mathematic fact. There are plenty of threads explaining this.
Also, it's been "admitted" by Paul.... "everyone playing a lot can get better"...

We need a tier system based on skills, not how much ppl play.

Unfortunately PSR is really not based so much on how well YOU perform because the main point that makes your PSR goes up or down is whether or not the team you get assigned to WINS or LOOSES. I have been in games where I had the highest match score did the most damage on the team, gotten most of the kills for the team (or been in the top 3 for one or all the categories) and my PSR will still go down if my team lost (even in a 2 kill, 470ish damage game where I had the second highest match score on my team my PSR still went down because the team lost..most kills in the game, highest damage in the game, second highest match score). On the other side of things I have also had really bad games where I've gone around a bad corner and barely did 100 damage, only managed 1 or 2 assists but my PSR went up because the team I am on pulled off a win somehow. If PSR were to truly measure YOUR individual performance then wins and losses should not matter because your performance only effects 1/24th of the outcome of a match and right now your PSR going up or down is affected more by what the other 23 people in your match than how well you personally do. (and yes even in a loss your PSR could go up, if you have a 400ish match score, or a 700+ damage game and yes you PSR could go down in a win if you did less than about 30 damage and had no more than one assist but those are extremes that for most people don't happen often...700+ damage in a loss or less than 30 damage in a win)

Oh, all camos will be available, but the package itself doesn't include patterns. You get the Ghost Bear pattern for being an early adopter, but CJF/CSJ/CW patterns will need to be purchased no matter what.

Well, it has said the same thing for all of the unseens (will not include faction content) but all the unseens have their IS faction patterns available for purchase.

I keep hoping for mechs with no connection to the Wolf's Dragoons so I don't feel compelled to buy them... and the corresponding decal when that glorious day arrives.

You make more money by creating damage and less money just running to a opponents base to get the win.

can't wait for this mech. funny story about it. when my son was 1 I had my mechs sitting out he took my Archer (the old school unseen not the crappy project phoenix one) and took it with him when I droped him off at his grandmas house while his mom and I went to work. still to this day he likes to play with it.

Well if they want to make money, it will be Phoenix Hawk next. IS heavies will now be plentiful. Then follow with Wasp and Stinger. Who knows maybe an all in one announcement for that matter....

I'm not a fan of the 14foot tall weapon bay doors that basically will scream "THERE'S A MECH HERE TO SHOOT!"

What sucks is if you want to leave those doors open, and still crest a hill, haha good luck because you have to expose the top half of the rest of your body before you get to see anything because your cockpit is so low.

I'm probably going to be asking for a refund.

Russ mentioned on Twitter "another conversation" to be had on changing (read: Fixing) the way the flamer functions, considering the huge debacle of this weapon "fix", and the panicked hotfix that ensued (told you so). Will that be part of March, or are we going to be stuck with this "fix" for the foreseeable future?

Myself, and many others, advocated for fixed flat values and scrapping the "exponential" mechanic that led to the exploit in the first place. That would be the ideal and proper fix for the weapon system. It's also something that people who don't come to the forums will be able to actually see and read in game, as the current system has NOTHING indicating its function in game.

Even the Gauss Charge mechanic has HUD elements (visual and audio) indicating how it functions, while the average player will have nothing to help them understand the convoluted and hidden (because it's only known on forums and in the programming) mechanics of the weapon. Not to mention the poor function of the weapon system, period.

I believe there was some chatter that the doors can be shot off, which would be pretty cool in itself.

Can you please comment on if there will be more quirk changes to underperforming clan mechs such as the Summoner? Why won't you unlock Endo Steel Structure for underperforms? How can you balance mechs when a small handful don't have such an important component to mech building and have 5 locked jump jets.

Hellbringer-Prime has A-pods in the lore which are replaced with something else for release. What are the chances of seeing Blood Asp if you could replace Heavy lasers with ERs on 2 of its variants?

I have a suggestion:

Introduce online save slots people can buy with MCs. People with empty slots should be able to save a mech build into the slot and load it right away without going to mechab.




Also...

UAC jam sound FX.... DO IT!
