SHK and Locust are obvious. Bottom right is Wolverine. 1st is Wasp or Stinger? Figure Wasp.
What is the bottom left?

Bottom left is the Valkyrie. (Top left is indeed the Wasp. The miniatures for which were mysteriously pulled from the IronWind Metals stores soon after release and the Valkyrie was postponed for unknown reasons and unknown duration).
You can still buy the Shadowhawk though (and the Ostscout, IIRC).
Geez... Come to think of it, they're really slow on releasing them, aren't they?

Yep. Thank you. For some reason I keep getting Valkyrie (name) confused with the exotic looking one with the missile magazine on the back. Uh, here we are, Wyvern.
This ugly thing:
And this art redo..
It just looks more like a Valkyrie... ya know?
(Btw picking the lore apart on this thing; the ammo is stored in the 'fin' sticking out, which while mounted on the CT, feeds the ammo into the LT and RT... So to actually hit this thing's ammo stores you need to start pegging it in the back. Its lack of torso twist, though, might make that a little easier.).
Can't wait to see this thing in MWO.

Yeah, like MWO.
Btw: Be on the lookout for an appearance of the Scorpion in the Battletech discussion thread. The 3D model isn't quite ready yet, but it's being included in a Megamek combat tidbit that's modified the weapons rules a bit to fit the lore better. The Scorpion's appearance makes for a big game changer in how the fight was going. (Look for it in about 2 weeks, 3 weeks tops.)

So yeah, the Kintaro is a good mech, just underrated and not meta. It is never going to see widespread use because of this but that doesn't mean it can't kick a little arse in the right hands.

I'm hoping Valkyrie and Wasp are so they can redo the "official" arts to ones that actually look good. The Shad, Wolvie and LCT are aight, but the head on the Valk is crap and the Wasp as a whole... sorry but Shim shipped it in on that one.

mebbe you should start listening to ol Bish? I've been saying the MetaTards are schmucks if they claim the Cent is dead. Too many yahoo idiots thought the only thing to use it for was the Zombie build (which was not it's best build even in the skinny ct days).
Cent still tanks like a champ, spreads damage easy and packs a punch. my Delta is still my second most used Gundam, after my 4g(F) Hunchy.

Um.... I honestly don't remember that lore... source? (also, sorry for being late to the party...TBH, since I can't really play this game atm, I have been a lot less frequent on the forums... plus TBH.... the whining, etc has gotten on my nerves enough after 5 years to not want to screw with it much)

Since then many have not used them because there are better mechs that did what it does. Clan mechs to be exact. So since most who had the mech mastered them and shelved them, or altogether they sold them.

Heh, if not for Civil War tech I'd be considering a sabbatical from the game, too. Still love the game, but the timidity of the player base is getting to me. So many matches I see guys that want to play a video game, but don't want to shoot people, don't want to be shot at, and want to camp. It's like, here's an original Gameboy and Tetris, now go follow those cubscouts into the woods.

It's a mixture of the lore from TRO 3025, TRO 3050, TRO 3075 (about the 2750), TRO 2750, and a tidbit of interjection.
Officially, the LRM ammo feeds through the left torso, around the engine and then into the tubes. SRMs feed from the right side into the tubes. The detail stops at the stores being "in the back."
The interjection or interpretation is that the large, otherwise inexplicable protrusion on its back that connects mainly to the CT but gets wider and wider as it leads to the torso as if it somehow might be holding something. It spans just enough to the LT and RT that it very possibly has a purpose... then you have a mech that's visually too small to store anything and yet isn't a "OS" SRM + LRM, so if it isn't a One Shot system, ammo has to come from somewhere. The lore says the SRM ammo goes through the right torso to its SRM. Through, not from... Why through? It says through the left torso, around the front of the engine and into the launcher in the CT; here "Through" could mean anything. But why would it go "through" the right torso if it is already there? Then you have the Hunchback's ammunition drum which is one of the solutions to a mech's small size by strapping the ammo into an external container. Where else would you put the ammo? It needs to store 100 SRM and 120 LRM. Even if you consider LRM and SRMs to be shorter than arm's length, where else could it go? What space isn't blatantly consumed?
And then you see it. A large protrusion that almost looks like an assault rifle magazine slapped into the back of the mech.
Where else would you put it? ....Where could you put it?

Yeah that don't help at all.
Add in the usual suspects whining about every change in the forums, then the frankly embarrassing whining my Clan has devolved to about "Rush hates the Clams!!!" and add in the nonstop hardware and IRL issues I've had since the beginning of the year (which makes people whining about minor crap in a video game seem even more pathetic tbh) and yeah.
Then the Civil War countdown hits and almost every gundam looks like ***.... and it's kinda curbstomped my enthusiasm for the moment.
Once I get back to Mexico, get my computer functioning, etc, I'm sure I'll perk up a little again, but IRL doesn't appear to be done nutpunching me just yet, so who knows when that'll be?

I love all the classic IS 55-tonners, but there's something really awkward feeling about the Kintaro.
Great hardpoints, but the way they're placed is all wonky and wrong. High, low, halfway, some missiles in arms, some in torso. Drives me crazy coming from Wolverines/Griffings/Shadow Hawk 2K which pack them nice and neat on the shoulders.
Plus it doesn't jump.
With those hardpoints, but placed so strangely, I feel tempted to relegate it into a mobile LRM boat. But then I got the Hunchie 4J for that. Dunno, I don't play the thing much.

I may try some ssrm4's or something on it in the future, but... I dunno, I just don't like it at all.

Mix and match.
On one of them, I have a BIG LRM, some Streaks, and in the arms I have standard SRMs. It works really well since literally everything can go wherever I aim the arms. However, this is great because I use the arms... a lot.

I think there's merit to this idea. With Tuesday's patch, I think I'll try putting 3xSSRM4's in the torso, plus 3xMPL and some normal SRM in the arms.
I'm not sure it'll be good in today's MWO, but at least it'll be something a bit different from my other 'mechs.
I used to run something similar on the Shadow Hawk Gray Death, 4xML in the arms and streaks in the torso and head. There was an OK synergy because none of the weapons had to follow the torso reticle.
