Greetings Mechwarriors. Today I have a simple question. Did a certain somebody who works at PGI forget about the Command Console buff - originally intended to be released in March or did I miss that part of the Town Hall?

In your title you said he did forget, but in your post you ask a question. Perhaps rather than accuse, you should've started with the question.

He said because they're going to change what it does. It's not just going to be a buff. So it had programming that needs to be done , not just XML edits.

Well, it's almost time for the March patch. Would somebody please tweet him a reminder? I understand that the programming is time consuming but two months without a word about it is... suspicious.
