There are several options you could do.

• Allow players to put a bounty on an enemy player for the current match - cannot be collected by enemy player team mates.
  
• Allow players to put a bounty on an enemy player going forward (first kill) - cannot be collected by teammate.

Money is immediately checked (and withdrawn) from players account.
Only allowed in public matches (or FW).
