1. In your opinion which is a better lrm boat and can be crowned as an LRM king.
2. Which one is a better lrm career... catapult, mad dog and archer... (as i need to get one for lrm purposes)

Clan and IS LRMs play slightly differently. I'd guess the Archer will be better than the Cat by virtue of missile hardpoint placement. Don't own a Mad Dog because I don't really care for CLRMs.
There is no one specific LRM king...it's relative to your playstyle.

Though archer might just beat that with 9 missiles

LRMs on a Stalker is a travesty to both high mounted beams and SRMs

While Catapults have generally decent quirkage, they're also currently cursed with big boxy arms and payload (ammo capacity) is often as important as how many tubes you can put in.
Also as noted, Clan LRM is not the same as IS LRM. Mad Dogs are quite serviceable (though you may mix and match pods for best performance and in fact should), the Archer -probably- will be, given it's a missile boat design but has no quirk stats yet.

This...the missile tube counts on the Stalker suck aside from the 20 tube arm 3H(?). Unless you like your IS LRMs streaming like Clan ones (which I don't).

A large, lumbering assault boating LRMs is easy to locate and swarm. If you assign defense mechs to it, that just ties up mechs that could be fighting.
I don't usually run LRM boats, but my KTO-18 does nicely when I do,,,,,,,,,,,,,,shoot and scoot.

1 = HBK-4J
2 = probably Catapult (see below)
The Mad Dog is fun, and annoying to be hit by, but not particularly deadly against good players. Not that LRMs in general are, but chain firing cLRMs is the worst of these non-ideal options.
Can't say for sure on the Archer until we see its quirks, but I'm betting against it. I already outlined in my last post (page 2) why the Catapult is such an amazing LRM platform. And that was completely ignoring the very nice quirks it gets.
We won't know until we know, but with how PGI approaches quirks the Archer is not likely to get as strong of quirks as the Catapult. The Cat go nice ones in direct response to how vulnerable its hitboxes are. Archer doesn't look great in this department, but it's still not as awkward. On top of that it lacks JJ, and barring any surprises probably lacks the huge twist too.
