Is that a fps counter I see? When did we get that back?

definetely not MW: O's FPS counter.
I am pretty sure this is a software you already have such as razer game booster, MSI afterburner, obs, etc... all of those do give an FPS counter if you turn it on.

You talking about the left one or the right one?
the left one was always there (F9 key) - it was removed way back in 2014 but was quickly enabled again.
the right one is from another 3rd party program.

No, that is definitely MWO's FPS counter. Always been there, never left, just hit F9. The key binding changed a few times though.

If you look carefully, or even not so carefully, you will see that there are TWO counters -- one in the upper left corner, and one in the upper right corner.
The upper left one is built into MWO and toggled by hitting F9.
The upper right one is from a third party program like FRAPS or GeForce Experience or something like that.
OP didn't specify which one he was asking about.
