Crusty brings of multiple examples of how teams using standardized dropdecks are successful. But, notice, they using these decks within units. You wont fight a Kurita Skittle Drop that is standardized, but you may hit an NS or NKVA 12 man that is.
I could settle for just standardizing the Isengrim. That is a very easy and simple thing for me to do. It would be thousands of times easier then what I am trying to do.. and that is Standardize a faction. It's not (entirely) because I am mad either. I think we, the FRR, are uniquely positioned to actually attempt to do something like this. We are more organized and more close knit then most other factions. We can preempt other factions by adopting standardization, which will ONLY bring us together more as a faction and enable to perform better against our enemies.
That is why I publicly posted this for the entire FRR. . Here's your chance to stand up and demonstrate your dedication to the FRR, to be a part of a grand noble experiment, to put aside your personal tastes in order be a part of a victory no one thinks we are capable of taking.
Our enemies think we are a giant unorganized mob that cannot accomplish such a feat. I want to prove them wrong.
