I find this thread really amusing lol.

It should probably go as a lesson to just watch what you say on chat. If you're not a jack*** you'll be golden. Simple as that. Most of these guys have just a 2 week ban. So what? Get a godd*** life people.

Wow, NKVA has a lot of fangirls on the forums for sure.

I missed most of the fun obviously, but maybe there is still time to hop on the wagon before it crashes? Maybe PGI processed this bans like they did with cheaters. We do not know if all were banned only because there has been a report now. It might have been just the end of a line of complaints.

Ah, and it was mentioned that other users get away with things NKVA does not. But maybe the question here should be how often they already got away with such insults and how frequent they are. Slips can occur, habits should not. There is a difference.

Just my two cents. Now go ahead, fangirls and whiteknight like the bosses you are.

Reported for reporting something thats not really reportable. But not really because i've never actually used the reporting system before... But I'm SWOL so that must mean I'm somehow apart of an assumed mass report that took place? That I was never aware of? And that we apparently have 500 active members? Which is about 450 more than the usual amount I see in the game? and also 488 more than is usually in our ts at any given time?

Wow, would it not be sexist to disregard the female fans of NKVA?

On a side note, I am really shocked you feel addressed by my post. It is very obvious that you, sir, are a fanboy, not a fangirl. I am deeply sorry for any inconvenience and hurt manhood.

Reported for obvious sexism regarding gender intimidation or uh non intimidation I can't decide but I'll let PGI decide for me.

Which of NKVA's "fans" in this thread are you considering "fangirls" and why?

There are a few RICO defendants that would take issue with this.

The RICO act is not a way to charge someone with guilt by association. The law in TV shows is not how the law works in real life.

Mischief for example sounds a bit bitchy (in a completly non sexual way), but who am I to judge? You are implying they have none? That comes as a complete surprise. Now I am feeling really bad for NKVA and hope they get some fangirls pretty soon.

As a consequence I will ban myself from the game and forums for some hours (which has totally nothing to do with the fact that I have to sleep). Just carry on while I suffer in shame.

It's not about being a fangirl of whatever ********; it's about a unit who, while trolly, are kinda amusing, getting banned for 1 member saying something. The other issue is that clan wolf has a habit of k-towning any threads they don't like. The cw forum is for RP trashtalk, so seeing a unit that is fun to go back and forth with get banned it sucks. For the record, I enjoy matches against swol, you guys are generally fun to fight. But some members of the wolf community gotta loosen up their sense of humor and play to enjoy yourselves and not get offended so easily.

While on my way to bed, erm, banishment let me add that I am not part of SWOL. Not sure if you place me there, just wanted to clarify.

I for my part find the whole thread just hilarious and do not mind some trolling. The whole thread is just wild guessing who did what, who pressed which button and maybe there is even some sinister conspiracy between SWOL and PGI going on. There might even be some fangirls around here but by now I am 99% convinced there are none (which makes me still feel sad for NKVA).

Bottom line is, this thread is pointless but might be fun.

I dunno.

I am pretty damn sexy.

Wouldn't say I'm an NKVA fangirl.

More like the occasional hate-****.

I'm not accusing SWOL of anything - generalizing a unit is neither fair nor reasonable. That is, in a lot of ways, exactly the gist of what got done unfairly, right? Plenty of good peeps in SWOL. Just like every unit.

However there's a particular set of people that belongs to a particular faction that's a bunch of cowardly feebs who have, for the last year, attempted to leverage reporting and crying to mommy to try and get people who they feel were mean to them removed by fiat from the game.

Again - try to type the slang term for 'both of'. There's no way any sane person is going to call that a legit profanity. However NKVA was using the term as part of a set of mocking jokes about a particular group that belongs to a particular faction and was banned - AFTER which that slang conjunction of 'both of' (which is not a profanity in any language or context any more than 'son' or 'mother' are profanities because they are at times used in concert with profanities) was added to ToS as unacceptable. Again, in the context of a particular group of people in a particular faction any disrespectful threads or even comments in other threads about them or their faction tends to get moderated WAY more than anything else.

That's the issue. Seriously, I need to be reporting the crap out of people until I give them a reputation for being disruptive so I can get them and everyone they associate with banned, even if they're not even online playing at the time when they do eventually cross the line. It's a system that's been proven to work.

The real question to ask yourselves.

What is gonna happen when another unit that accused of something they didn't do receive a unit wide ban?

This is just setting a precedent for things to come....

Dude, I was making a joke to illustrate that the idea of guilt by association is alive and well (as represented in this thread as well as in society as a whole ala the RICO statute).

As to your point, there have been loads of cases and journal articles written regarding the enterprise definition in RICO as well as the general sections regarding "conspiracy" of 1962(c) and (d); and how these aspects of the law have most certainly been used to at least initiate prosecution agains defendants accused of being part of said enterprise and/or conspiracy though they are not the principle defendants in the case (i.e. using RICO to put leverage on witnesses to get testimony, etc.).

As fascinating as such a discussion of RICO and its real world consequences might be, I am loath to get into it more here, as it might derail the far more enjoyable spectacle of this thread and its theme of there being no small amount of shock (from some) that when people act like jerks there are occasionally consequences to such conduct.

After reading this thread, I feel like I am watching a jury debate a cop shooting a minority.

I take it back, I am convinced people are trying to win the prize.

Still surprised the 'mandatory' comments have not appeared such as blaming MercStar.

I'll agree, Mischief has been more....'rowdy(?)' than usual.

Hey, I am in self-ban for at least a week now, just look at my new location on the left.

The only people that need to worry about being banned are people that are breaking the rules and typing things in chat that can result in them being banned. It doesn't matter how many reports are put in if what is reported isn't a against the rules as set forth by PGI.
The subject of this thread is their behavior and it is a FACT not an opinion that they type things in chat that are completely out of line, as I have had to report them for using racial epitaphs and things like that.
The following is opinion...It is typical that these type of people think that the majority should have to conform to the actions of the few instead of thew few bad apples being held accountable for their actions...this applies to anybody that has defended them and their actions in any way.

Maybe because they didn't deserve a BS ban? Or the fact that they used to provide the majority of the entertaining content on this forum.
