Maybe because they didn't deserve a BS ban? Or the fact that they used to provide the majority of the entertaining content on this forum.

I remember freeing Kentares from the clutches of Clan Davion like it was yesterday.

Does PGI not inform banned players why they are banned?
The players who did nothing wrong should at least be able know what they are accused of and
be able to contact support to reviewunfair bans.
Whats the point of temp bans if people are not informed of what they did wrong?
"You are banned but we wont tell you why so you can repeat it and be banned again"

And honestly i cannot picture scoops being banned , never heard of or seen anything remotely close
to be bannable from him.

What's really frustrating about it is that on a majority of the 2-week bans our unit received, they were threatened with a perma-ban for any further offenses, even on several accounts that have never been banned or warned for any reason - on forums or in-game. So we don't know what we did wrong, and if we do it again we get permabanned. Ha ha ha.

The only people that need to worry about being banned are people that are breaking the rules and typing things in chat that can result in them being banned. It doesn't matter how many reports are put in if what is reported isn't a against the rules as set forth by PGI.
The subject of this thread is their behavior and it is a FACT not an opinion that they type things in chat that are completely out of line, as I have had to report them for using racial epitaphs and things like that.

Please stop using words you don't seem to understand. Whether something is out of line or not can never ever be a FACT. The lines are completely subjective constructs and each of us has our own. What is over the line for you is not necessarily over the line for me or for a NKVA pilot.

Whether or not you report them is a fact but that is not the same thing.

The following is opinion...It is typical that these type of people think that the majority should have to conform to the actions of the few instead of thew few bad apples being held accountable for their actions...

Every oppressive majority in human history thinks exactly the same thing.

this applies to anybody that has defended them and their actions in any way.

Now, you sound like a proper Sith Lord. Congrats.

Certain clan units committed gaming extortion vs PGI to get their clan mechs a massive advantage with no tonnage differential. Groups that are this corrupt and willing to drive off steam players are OBVIOuSLY going to be empowered by success and worsen.
Further, the "percent of a percent" statement about cheaters by Russ has sent the message that cheaters WILL BE TOLERATED. We face various hacks everyday, mostly aimbots on mechs with massive alphas and superior range. It is frustrating and pisses everyone else off.
Now we have a situation where some players are actually hated because of their involvement. This is not just salty pvp play. The IS players are leaving and those of us who stay are becoming angry at the utter one sidedness of this "game".
This will continue to escalate for as long as the extorted unbalance remains, because we all know what happened.
To repeat what others have said, "when one side is just superior in all aspects, that is not a game".

no, it's not, but good try, considering it's been stated not less than a few times that people unrelated have been handed bans, including an inactive account

Thank you for all your reports. We need to work on them before we might open this thread again.
