Not sure if this has been already brought up somewhere else (a quick Forum search didn't give results)

I'd suggest to put the Mastery Packs more in line with the MechPacks (like MAD, RFL, etc.) so put in 1 champion Mech, two non (c) make that pack 20$ plus hero add-on for 10$ for every chassis.

Likewise all Heroes should cost the same.

Reasoning:
You try to make each Mech equally valuable playwise, so real money prices should also be equal. I know that cbill pricing is coming from TT and that there is a progression from light to assault, but then in TT a light has no hope in performing anywhere near the performance of a light in MWO.

Please move if I put this in the wrong Forum.

You'll find, in practice, that there are three Mech prices, once you've paid the DHS tax and purchased required parts for your build.

Low: Around 7-8m cbills, these Mediums sport standard engines and are the only actually inexpensive mechs in the game. Example:Hunchback

Medium: At around 9-11m cbills, these Standard engine Heavy mechs are the workhorses of the IS. Example:Thunderbolt

High: at around 13m cbills, this encompasses pretty much everything else: Most clan mechs, IS lights (cheap little chassis, expensive big XL engine), Assault mechs with standard engines (expensive chassis+cheap engine), XL engine heavies/mediums, etc.

There are outliers, but the price differences between mechs are a lot smaller than you'd think. I'd say MOST mechs, overall, will cost you roughly 13m cbills by the time they've got a suitable build.
