What the subject says. The remember me option on the forum has almost no life time at all, within 15min or so I have to log back it.

are you clearing your cache periodically,you will have to relog in if you clear your browser history,etc.

Before someone says that I haven't checked the locked section of Website support I have. The forums are not keeping me logged in. I don't close my browser, I don't close my tab to Mechwarrior online, and I don't restart my computer. There should be no reason why I keep getting kicked out of being logged in, but I am.

I am using Chrome.

I've already read this and I don't close anything at all. I also am not updating anything. I am not being logged in indefinitely. I lose my log in every 6-8 hours no matter what I do or do not do on the forums, and it is quite irksome. Can anyone help? I'm not really up to using EI or Firefox so is this just a Chrome thing or what?

I think one of the reasons the Login issue comes up so much is a strange quirk with the MWO forums that I haven't seen much elsewhere, so I thought I'd throw it out as a suggestion that'd greatly improve the MWO browsing experience.

Right now, if you're browsing a thread and find out you haven't logged in and want to reply to a topic, you have to do the following:

A: Login
B: Get moved to the main screen
C: Hit Back
D: Hit Refresh so you see a logged in version of the thread
E: Find what page you are on, as the sigs add page numbers

It's really awkward and I'm sure a lot of users do even more complicated methods, like re-finding the thread and post from scratch every time they login.

The suggestion is that once you login, it moves you back to the page you were last on (even if it ignores D, it'd be a huge help). Signing in really shouldn't take you back to the main page is the short of it, as it creates a very user unfriendly situation for people who actively utilize the forums. Signing in wouldn't bother me even a tenth as much if it didn't create so many extra steps.

This is getting ridiculous. I have logged in today about 10 times. It used to be at least couple of hours afk time and I would stay logged in, now I see no difference between choosing "keep me logged in" and not using it, despite never closing the forum window.

This combined with not being able to auto login makes using forums very irritating, I'd just forget about it entirely if I wasn't so hyped about the game and wanting constant updates on beta status and keys given to closed beta.

Just for a further bug report on this. This issue has appeared today, specifically, it started happening for me around 10 AM AST (-4 GMT) Clicking on the "Keep me Logged In" button does not seem to do anything. I've been auto-logged out of the site about 5 times since then, as it is 1 PM AST. A fix would be amazing, but no huge rush

I have been afflicted with the non-functioning 'keep me logged in' as of today too. Previously, as long as I didn't close the tab, I stayed logged in.. today, even without closing the tab, I'm getting logged out pretty frequently.

I have to enter my login every time I come to the site, even though I have 'keep logged in' checked. Cookies are not being blocked.

it will keep you from being logged out or timed out until you log off, you will have to log in if you sign off

This feature hasn't worked since I've been here. If I close the browser window I have to login, even if I had only just logged in. Cookies are enabled. Cache is not being erased. This is very irritating.
