Annihilator would be the only IS-tech 'mech that can run 4 large ballistic weapons, which should give it some unique builds.
The Nova Cat would be the first slow Clan heavy omnimech (64 kph instead of 81), which should make it play fairly differently than the Timber Wolf/Mad Dog/Summoner/Hellbringer/Ebon Jaguar we currently have.

You'd think with all the people hollering for the madcat mark2 on the forums PGI would do it and reap the cash flow..... but intelligence, eh?
Due to all the voices, I looked it up (I'm not necessarily a hardcore MW dude, but I did recently read a few books) and realized the madcat is the one from an old MW game I got (again, due to forum talk) and it's amazing looking...
I am now officially on the MadCat Mark 2 bandwagon.
4-5 people yelling loudly ain't the same as a lot of people yelling.
But it is of for a company that only cares about selling mech packs to not sell one that would be like printing money, supposedly.
Huh.

Beyond that I've always kind of liked the Argus, and the Sunder would work well as an early IS omni.

RyokenII- With a Anastasia Kerensky based Hero mech.
Cougar-WHERE IS THE COUGAR?! I can't wait for the cougar to come along so the puma can stop making clan lights look bad.
The Nova Cat: Because sometimes the Nova just isn't meaty enough for my laser brawling shennaningans..
The Longbow- Because it does everything the catapault does only better and looks better doing it.
Argus-Becuase it's a big cannon with legs basically. It'd be like giving Urbies a big bro to hide behind I mean...Imagine an 60 ton urban mech with armor that doesn't suck.
and lastly, a Hatchetman. If only because they always seem to turn up in the books at some point or another but have NEVER been in a mechwarrior game to my knowledge and I really want to pilot one.

50% more sexyness than the current Marauder, hard wired jump jets, and that ever so lovely HEAVY GAUSS CANNON! It was, and still IS, my all time favorite TT model right after the Unseen Phoenix Hawk (which I also own).

You can never have enough Scorpions.
I'd also like a Vulcan and an Argus. They're probably my favorite bipedal mechs.
