I think there's usually a slight delay between the moment of purchase and when stuff gets injected into your account. How long ago was this? And have you dropped into a match between then and now?

Also, shouldn't this be in customer support?

Speaking of Marauder, as an owner of the first edition Battletech box that I played as a kid plus the Robotech cartoons I used to watch, the Marauder/Officer Pod calls to me. It seems like folks think it's pretty good in MWO. I was asking in another thread about the value of C-Bill boosts, but what are the thoughts in general on the Marauder packs? Is it best to get the $20 one? Get the $40? How do people feel about the Bounty Hunter (especially if they were potentially c-Bill starved) as I am now being a returning player from launch times.

With 20$ Package and Bounty Hunter you get 4 different variants and a moneymaker.

The 40$ package has more cockpit items and 60days premium but only 3 variants (although one additional special with +cbills).

Many like the Bounty Hunter because of it's additional energy hardpoints.

Sometimes the injection system is a little slow. Completely close out of the game and relaunch it and see if it updates.

It could be worse, when they first started the injection of mechs, if you bought a mech package you had to wait until 4pm the next day for account injections. Injections would only happen at 4pm and if you hadn't made your purchase within 15 minutes of injection time, you had to wait til the next day.

We have a similar background.

I feel the entire collectors pack + hero add on is worth it. This is because the 6R and BountyHunter are the best of the pack (though they are all pretty good). So spending a little extra money to get a 6R that also gets a 30% cash boost is worth it IMO.

I haven't bought a BH (yet) but do not regret upgrading to collectors edition for that cbill boost on my favorite variant. Worth it on the warhammer too.

injections on released mechs should be on the hour. which means if payment cleared at 1.01, you'll have to wait 59 minutes for injection

This info is usually present somewhere on the mech pack page, but I can't find it now. I had the same issue a few days ago with another mech pack so I can confirm this.

About the Bounty Hunter II, it depends on what your play style is, I think. I'm a terrible sniper, I usually play medium or close range and for that, having most of the hardpoints in the arm is a headache. When torso twisting actively, your arms usually blow up first and in this case they'll blow up with a third of your firepower. If you like hanging out in the back and taking pot shots, you can get a nice Gauss/PPC/XL build going on the BH2.

Personally I'd take the $40 for the extra c-bill boost 3R variant. The 3R is probably the best Marauder variant, one of the few mechs in the game that can fit 3xAC5s. You'll find yourself playing it a lot and having a c-bill boost on it is really nice.

EDIT: Oh, forgot, you can also upgrade your purchase later. So you can totally buy the $20 pack, play with the chassis a bit and then figure out if you'll rather have the BH2 or the 3R(S).

I always buy the collector and hero, but if not in your budget I'd go $20 pack and the BH.

Out of them all, I find I like the BH best. Full armour, AC20 and 4xMPL and a JJ. It brawls like a beast for me personally.
But you'll find all of them perform extremely well.

Good luck, and welcome to the most awesome Marauder Family!

No word since, so assuming you got it.

Deliveries are once every hour, on the hour. Latest you can get it in (within the US) is between 30 and 45 mins into the hour (30 or sooner is better).
Outside of Canada and the US, I'm told it's better to get it in within 15 minutes after the hour starts you want it to be delivered when it turns again.

The web store was mostly designed as a pre-order thing since majority of sales are being done before the actual release because of all the bonuses and hype, and 90%+ of the mechs ussualy get delievered on the patch day they are released..

Last I checked on the first Invasion release content was being injected once per day, but maybe it is faster now. I imagine the shock of not getting it immidiately, like in other games, where it takes like one second.. The web store is kind of awful in that regard indeed.
