Team Damage Penality On Ghost Drops

I just wanted to bring PGI's attention on that (please +1 / bump):
On Community Warefare with ghost drops ( since it is happening), we need not to have penalities on team damage (and kills). It's an occasion we take to take on duels and have fun (after waiting 10minutes for nothing).
Please implement something to not have penalties in that particular situation (ghost drops),
Thanks for your time.

adding those couple of lines to turn off team damage reporting during a special case like ghost drops would take months for PGI and they would inevitably throw a bug in there somewhere.

But introducing only Kerensky knows how many bugs to get that is, well, suboptimal at best...

When you ghost drop, you kill those towers asap and move on.

There is no penalty for team damage.
Let me rephrase that ...
... the -21 C-Bills per team damage is meaningless. If you do 1,900 team damage... you will lose an amount of C-Bills equivalent to dropping an artillery strike. 1,900! The penalty is almost literally nothing in context.

woah, woah, woah, that maths is all wrong. If you do 1900 points of team damage at -21 cbills per point of damage that's -39,900. I mean yeah it's not that bad considering you're guaranteed 300,000 on a ghost drop, but it's not insignificant.

Except fi you do team damage past a certain value, you get the same penalty as the Team Killers, delays in finding a match

Yes. 39,900 is about equal to 40,000, which is the cost is using a consumable, which is ... noticeable. But who is doing 1,900 team damage? On a bad game with lots of careless brawling I can get up to 100 team damage unintentionally. That's 2,100 C-Bills, which is absolutely inconsequential. By intentionally ripping off a teammate's arm or torso off for fun because they're a unit mate or something, I'll get even less of a penalty. If I'm a teamkilling {Richard Cameron} that roams around and shoots randos 1-in-10 matches, I would get almost no penalty.
What I'm saying is that the penalty is worthless - it's not big enough to make any kind of difference. Instead of 21 C-Bills per team damage, it should be like... 700 C-Bills per team damage. You know... a penalty actually significant enough to discourage people from careless and intentional team damage. Otherwise there's no point to implementing the penalty.

I've killed a team mate with 1 point of team damage.
I've been killed by a team mate while under %30 health many times.
I've had a perfect shot that a team mate decides to wander into my shooting path and absorb.
Delaying the time to find a match for the above reasons seems unfair.
Now on the other hand;
if your team damage exceeds the damage done to the enemy,
if you have the most damage done to a team mate when they are finally killed,
Then the intent is all but assured.
I suspect that honorable team players will get trolled into team kills and team damage by team mates that are clueless and/or trolls.
