Neither, get a Summoner. With a couple of Clan Quirk passes under it's belt the Summoner is a good mech. Higher speed (forward/reverse), better torso twist, Structure Quirks, ACC/DEC Quirks makes it a mean mech. The downside is low mounted arm weapons.

TBR is the top dog to all heavies but the EBJ is in the top 5. Cant go wrong with either.

No, don't do that. The lack of hard points and their poor positioning on the mech outweigh the mobility and agility quirks.

The mech feels great until it is time to shoot anything.

I like the jag more than the timberwolf. The high mounts are awesome and I generally like the power profile better than the wolf. The timberwolf is good but everyone has them so I prefer to go with the lesser used heavy.
