Faction Chat In Front End

just want to bring this up one more time :))
The mechbay (the main window,NOT THE FACTION WINDOW) is the place where
the majority of the playerbase spend mainly time in between actual gameplay.
If there is a place where someone coud make use out of the faction chat
then its deffinitly there.Most pug players visit faction tab only brcause
of call to arms or to check shortly if there are any contestet planets,
leaving it shortly after because there is no point to spend time there.
You cant do nothing except visiting some pages you do only once in a while
(like faction progress and stuff).
In the main game frontend you coud really benefit from faction chat
because you woud be able to check quickly whats going on in it while you in
the mech lab for example, if players are needed somewhere.For
example when some guys want to attack a planet and just looking for some
people to join them you woud be able to take use of the faction chat finally.

So please implement faction chat in the main chat window
(next to Unit chat/public group chat/personal conversation chat)

Would like to see revival of old school visual chat rooms where you can go between private/unit rooms, make friends, make challenges, set up teams, drop decks and battles etc. See profiles, make friend notes, voice and text comms, share screen shots. Maybe even have the private/unit room act as the launcher itself.
- It’s cool to have the unit chat, even faction chat, but it’s kinda hidden, awkward to access, and isn’t well integrated into the rest of the game. ~ Improved community living quarters, like barracks, would be fun.

i really do not like how everything is split in mwo menus
different chat in basic menu and different chat in faction menu
when you click on a planet and defend/attack, you do not see status of other planets, population, cannot go to mechlab
when looking for match, cannot chat at all
it is like cooking with one hand, and picking your nose with the other or what

Community Warfare is somewhat under populated.
In my opinion the seperated faction chat plays a big role in that problem.
It is ESSENTIAL TO REACH ALL PLAYERS to coordinate attacks/defends with 12 participating players per team.

Really i cant say this often enough.Me as a mainly solo dropping player have no reason to spend more then 2 minutes
in the faction window when there isnt a match about to kick off.I rather go back to quick matches where i know i gonna play in the next 2 minutes.It woud be different if i coud communicate with the STEINER (i am steiner faction)playerbase.The only time i use faction chat now is when a team is nearly full and only needs 2-3 players.I never woud use it to gather people for an attack,cause it isnt possible how it works now, only a few people can read it.
Call to arms is a good feature, but it helps little to nothing when you want to initiate an ATTACK on a planet.
THIS NEEDS COORDINATION AND CONVERSATION WITH PLAYERS IN THE MAINGAME FRONTEND!!!!!

but really?!do you guys at pgi really dont see this major problem and possible fix for the low population,
or is it simply not possible to integrate faction chat into main social window?
Shoudn´t be the case when looking what you achieved with the UI allready, really.....
