You Know What I Love?

For this reason I've been making it a habit to ctrl+c my words before attempting to post them, but sometimes (for whatever reason) I'll forget.
I can't think of any other forum that has this happen with such frequency that I'm practically required to make a backup of each reply prior to posting, or having to use an external text editor to ensure some RNGesus automatic logout "feature" doesn't screw me over.
I feel like I've hit my breaking point with this. I've had one too many topics/replies lost.
Anybody else experience this on a way too common basis?

But then, that makes sense. PGI would rather use Twitter and Instagram.

Luckily I remember to Copy all of it sometimes when I know it's acting up, so that I can just paste it when I log back in.

Having been around since the begi---
"What the?! What do you mean 'Logged Out??'"
Seriously though, if you do have something important to say at length, like these other folks have suggested, type it up in a Word program or at least Note Pad.

It's the man trying to keep us down, trying to prevent us from writing long forum replies!

Reverse the order. Type it out in a .txt file or your favorite word processor program/app and when you're finished copy and paste it onto your Forum post. Never fails and you'll always have a copy, which is great since Forum Search goes back only 1 year even for your own posts and topics.
