56th. Damn, wanted that cockpit item. Someone please post a screenshot.
Guess I should have put in modules from the start. Mastery would have helped too, big difference from 64.8 and 71 kph.
Good luck all.

So 64thoverall, not 62nd as reported in a previous post.

Went to 39 matches so I could head-to-head compare to the Rifleman that got me in the top 75 for that leader board event.
RIFLEMAN RFL-3C 39 15 24 0.63 33 32 1.03 12,698 47,277 04:13:35
ARCHER ARC-5S 39 24 15 1.60 30 20 1.50 15,421 46,613 05:06:37
Keep in mind the RFL was in a tier lower than I am currently in, so the Archer was facing better competition supposedly.
The W/L flip-flopped. KDR was better but no great shakes. Damage went up 70 points a match on average but experience went down. In my case plenty of assists but wasn't getting the kills, especially solo kills.
But look at the time played. Probably a concurrence of factors and mostly driven by W/L. Can't help but think those matches where a single alpha took out my ST contributed too.
Curious to see what happens now that the event is over and people aren't running Archers or gunning for Archers.

Ended up as #22 in the 5W within 21 matches. Wasn't that hard to do with pure LRMs. Probably luck.

After I finished mastering the 5w and 5s I went back in with all the modules and did a few more matches on each and moved back up on the charts. having them fully mastered does help. I ended up 5w 24th and 5s 9th. I was seeing the same as you Ted on the 5w, very high in assists but much lower in kills than I normally get with other mechs. I would soften them up but someone would hit them with an alpha to get the kill. I seemed to be doing more support fire, pining down one or two and having one on the run while team members would focus fire and kill and move onto the next target.

Think you are understating your skills.
Which you have and can talk about. Others just talk but don't have them but to each their own.

I pug and hit a long string of teams that just wouldn't push in fear of the rain. Eventually had to take a more active role to keep the team moving. Towards the end had some good games where I was able to maintain 300-500m with targets in sight and use my secondaries while using the primaries.
Very curious now the event is over if people will loosen up and not hang back. Makes a big difference.
Also wondering how many were in group queue this time.
