Yep. I've had to turn the overlay off out of frustration which is too bad.
I also noticed is that this happens in War Thunder as well so it might just be a Steam thing and less of a MWO thing. Still sucks either way

I noticed this also, but didn't make the connection with alt-tabbing (I frequently alt-tab to do other stuff while I wait in the CW queue). It is very annoying.
