My personal favorite of late was the two guys in Atlases DDCs who I ran across occasionally in group drops last week (haven't seen em since). What they did, match after match is go off and shut down until the fight was well underway. Then they came out guns a blazin' in what I presume they thought was a sound tactic to get lots of kills on heavily damaged mechs. I never saw them succeed at this. First time I encountered them (Grim) we stomped the reds so badly that by the time the Atlas twins arrived to the fight, I don't think they even managed to hit a single target. By the end of the evening, the last time we got stuck with them everyone -including some reds- knew what they were up to and we all ridiculed them mercilessly. They stuck to their plan though...and died to enemy Cheetahs along with the rest of us.
Pathetic? Sure. No point in getting bent over it though. Not everyone plays well with others. Nothing for it.
I don't play any other online games so I don't know what I am missing.

I played that series multiplayer from CoD 4: Modern Warfare all the way to CoD BlOps2. Tons of insults, racism, sexism, and overall terrible behavior. It is definitely the worst.
I know that isn't exactly team specific, but the teams I was placed on was just as guilty of that mess as the enemy team. Not to mention your team always loved stealing your care packages among other idiotic behavior.
If I had a decent runner up to this, it was SOCOM U.S. Navy Seals on PlayStation 2. That game had voice chat too, but only one teammate at a time could use it. I don't know how many times a kid would start singing their favorite song (very poorly I might add) and tie up the voice comms so the rest of the team couldn't speak.
Ugh...
