Dear PGI,

Fix your servers, I'm tired of being constantly disconnected. Especially since it doesn't happen to any other game that I play.

I'm also being DC'd from every match I join today.Also DC'd from testing grounds and main menu.I espescialy like receiving penalties for this. Makes me feel good all over.(NOT)

As am I. And suddenly, I can't connect to voip either. Lots of "lobby destroyed" or something to that effect as well.

[edit] I have been "Initiating Drop" for about 5 minutes now. Tired of the discos and the punishment for it.

Dicto simpliciter (sweeping generalization) - This is the logical fallacy of making a sweeping statement and expecting it to be true of every specific case.

Since I rarely get disconnected and no one I know gets disconnected frequently your logic is false.

Immaturity is always blaming others when the issue may lie with you.

I received a couple of these errors myself actually. I never had an issue with disconnects in this game during the beta, but since I started playing again recently it seems to be a common occurrence. I'll go games where I'm disconnected twice within a single match.

Game has almost always run with remarkable stability on my end. I've had BioShock crash more than MWO.

I played about 6000 matches since december 2014. In that time, I had maybe 10 disconnects.
In the last 6 months mabe 1 or 2.

Fix your connection / PC instead of blaming the other side like a child.

To be fair I never DC but tonight I had some issues, and my connection test seemed fine.

No DCs for me, the problem should be on your side or your routing to the servers.

If I'm not having any issues with other games, not only on my PC, but also multiple platforms (as clearly stated) then it isn't a client side issue.

Where are the servers you are connecting to for these other games vs the PGI servers? The issues could be how your ISP routes it. Which is neither your, nor PGI's fault.

I think i had a grand total of... zero disconnects for the last year. Zero game crashes aswell. I'm having plenty of issues with other games. This whole "other games work so it is clearly PGIs fault" is really oversimplifying things. There could be countless reasons for your disconnects that are not on PGIs side. If PGI generally had issues with server stability you wouldn't be the only person here with those problems.

I haven't had an actual DC event for years...... I have never seen the "Lobby Destroyed" error on my game.

I've gotten "Lobby Destroyed" a couple times, both times while loading back into the mechlab. But my connection to the servers survived.

Just sayin, I've seen some weird sh*t in my time on MWO, but stability lately has been ironclad. MWO isn't as optimized as some AAA titles and maybe a neighbor is downloading porn during primetime in you're on a neighborhood connection (which almost EVERYBODY is in a neighborhood connection).

Only time I've had connection issues was back when Mining Collective first released. There was some kind of glitch in the map that caused the client to crash sometimes, probably around a third of the time it got me. But that was fixed over a year ago.
