I can't believe there are 41 sheeple willing to follow the Tyranny of the Successor States when they are given a clearly superior choice.

I would only even consider WoB an option if ComStar was playable, which it isn't. The wobs themselves are to be avoided, or, if this is not possible, attacked on sight anyway, murderers that they are

yeah got to love a faction that thinks literacy for the masses is evil. oh yeah and technology is magic. with luck and the fact that its a restart of the timeline from 3049 we can hunt down the main members of the Word of Blake and kill them now.

The wobbies are around for a while before the Jihad.
In terms of Wobbie stuff, look at the Buccaneer it was introduced in 3055.

It was great till the end of the FedCom civil war, then it just got silly.
Oddly enough, I was just discussing this very point with the wife last night. She loves the story of the BT universe but asked me how it ended. I told her pretty much exactly this.

its because players actions actually helped shape the game up until FASA crashed and then they used writers to come up with crap like the Dark Ages and it all went down hill. Id like to think of this restart to 3049 as where FASA left of and a chance to see what would happen this time around. though i was there for lots of losses to the clans and watching world after world fall, that was a fun game con

NO! It is preferable to see the entire Inner Sphere burn than to risk allowing the Free World's League any opportunity to actually be relevant in BT canon or have any kind of a personality as a nation state. The mass destruction of everything we value must be allowed to go ahead in pursuit of that goal.
