Infowar is overrated. Ever drop against an ECM heavy team and won? You just proved how unimportant Infowar really is. No sensor data is as powerful as 'shoot them in the CT'.

Not a hell of a lot really. The graphics have gotten steadily worse.

Im guessing youre tier 1 then. Cause those of us in the "why the hell are there tiers" area IE tier 3 see none of this.

New players don't get clubbed as hard, hit reg is better, there's more shines...
Gameplay wise... there are bigger maps but... no one really runs fast mechs any more so... conquest ends up having its points so close together that it's simply another skirmish map.
Also... CW was added (poorly), trees can get knocked over, oh and PPC are now useless 99% of the time, JJ aren't really all that useful anymore so people typically only bring 1 if any, knockdowns were removed, Inverse Kinemetics were removed, the game was made uglier so people could play it on a potato, 12v12 replaced 8v8 so PGI could have smaller servers and save money, VOIP was added (which few people take advantage of but it's still better than the old c3 implementation), boom cats aren't scary any more and ridge humping replaced poptarting.
Ok... that's all I can remember at the moment.

Sigh... I miss dragon bowling...
That was funny as hell especially since that all started from a bug.
They accidentally gave the Dragon a mass of 100 tons so it could knock down any other mech, including the Atlas

The quickening and introduction of clan tech reduced TTK greatly. Not saying it wasn't warranted, just listing it as one of the changes since closed beta.

If you are a player that really desires those things stated above, you would probably be happier playing in a unit or at least participating in CW (even if dropping solo).
