With Phase 3 looming large on the horizon it seems only prudent that we hold a Jarlsmoot prior to its launch. There has already been an RKA Leadership meeting on phase 3 and some of that will be discussed in the Jarlsmoot along with more general information.

So if you have questions, especially about the FRR in phase three, then this is the place to be..
