As most of the replys seem to miss the point I will elaborate.
I have not played that build my self as I don't but LRMs in Atlas because it is a bad idea.
I was just frustrated with LRM Atlas players ending in my team and staying back and fireing LRMs with that 100ton TANK so I tryed to invent a LRM Atlas build that was good as possible and can still be called a LRM Atlas for those that insist playing one.
As singe LRM 5 is useless, I put a LRM 10 in it as it is just mostly useless and can be used to fire LRMs while closeing to the brawl range.

20 triple shots of SRM
1 LRM rack is pointless you taking away weight from its primary combat ranges just so you can scrape double digit damage because you wont have the the firepower or ammo at LRM range and your LRM rack is useless at Brawling ranges.
Fitting a AC10, missing Artemis missing ammo or heatsinks when you could fit an AC20 / Artemis or have the heat capacity to alpha a 3rd time, is not worth the wasted tonnage on one LRM launcher with a ton or two of ammo.
Take an LRM if you want any semi conscious player who has a vague inclining on how to play an Atlas who hasn't wasted tonnage on LRM racks will put you in the ground.
