Back when I first signed up for MWO I was using a laptop that was't very good, but I have just built a new rig and wanted to update my beta profile to reflect this. Is there a way to do this?

there isn't that I've seen, but it's not clear how big of an impact system specs are having for closed beta selection.

I'm sure they looked at my laptops hardware and laughed. The new rig is pretty beefy.

No there is not. I had sent an e-mail to the devs with this question about 3 weeks ago. Reply said that there was no way at this time to change it and that it wouldn't effect a person's selection for Beta. I believe the first part, but am taking the second part with a large dose of salt; especially for those of us who had "non-game ready" older computers. Guess you can wait with the rest of us. Better specs =\= better chance at beta. They need a cross section of all kinds of hardware.

That's why I signed up with the laptop thinking I may fit in as a low end hardware beta tester.
