Now, do it right.
Just allowing anyone with a Cyclops to get targeting info from every mech on your team gives a massively unfair advantage to all I.S. teams. The C3 Slave unit needs to be a requirement for those units. Even with that, you REALLY need to un-NERD the Clan mechs now. Otherwise, the game will soon consist of nothing but one Cyclops, and a ton of LRM carriers.

You would still need at least one mech to be out scouting, and even then we don't know how much of a range increase the Cyclops' computer will give to the mechs inside its radius, or even what that radius is.
For all we know the radius for the computer could be only 45-90 meters which doesn't do a whole lot to help LRM boats.
Your fears are a bit unfounded at the moment.

The description just says it increases sensor range for you and those on your team within a certain unspecified range. The cyclops isn't going to be getting any more targeting info than any other mech.

How often do you equip the Advanced Sensor Range module? Because the Cyclops has one built in, and that's basically it.
Much ado about nothing.

Especially since we don't know what the Cyclop's normal sensor range would be, though it would be reasonable to assume it would be similar to most other mechs, somewhere around 500 meters or so.
We also don't know what the radius of the battle computers bonus would be, which as I said before it could be similar to the new ECM bubble at only 90 meters, which would frankly be worthless I think. 180 meters is better, but still pushing it.
Finally we don't know how much the battle computer will increase another mechs sensor radius if it is in that magic bubble, for all we know it could add just another hundred meters to the buffed mech, and that's not a very big buff either.

Really LRM boats are a concern for you?
Even worse your fear seems to be LRM boating at extreme ranges. So essentially you are concerned that I.S. players will flock to one of the worst weapon systems and use it under it's least favorable conditions?
