[TLBFestus]

Witnessed this the other evening when a buddy and I were playing. After watching the match play out, I remembered I run ShadowPlay and saved the video. There's about 7 minutes of video, but it's worth watching.

The pilot, Wing O, was pretty much the last man standing for our team in a Conquest match. At the end he was out numbered 4-1, but with patience and tempered movement and firing he took out all 4 enemy mechs for the win.

Things I observed;

- It wasn't all him. The guys chasing him down made some terrible errors, like splitting up.
- Took his shots & quickly retreated before they could converge on him, repositioning constantly.
- He almost always was getting shots into the rear of the target whenever possible.
- He did this without ECM






So, a big shout out to Wing O, where ever he is. THAT was a great match for him.

... still lost though. The enemy wasn't dumb enough not to cap all of the points.

As I watched the video of this guy tearing into an oddly oblivious Ebon Jag ( CLRMs can still hurt under 180 dude), I heard someone mention that "LRMS are WAY too powerful! They hit no matter what"

Ummmmm......assuming a joke because I was complimenting the play of Wing O, not attacking him. It was a remarkable bit of piloting.

I also believe that manholes should be called personholes, and other PC stuff like that, just like you.

What specs does your computer have? Few times have I seen this game run at 200 fps.

That's the highest amount of kills I've ever seen in a game where a pilot did 235 damage.

Great example of how damage can be a misleading statistic.

Nice ... though to be fair at least two of those were gimme's since they were LRM boats with little or no backup weapons (and at least one was totally out of ammo to boot).

Big specs..... I like my computers.

200 is an anomaly though. It usually doesn't run that high.

I don't know if I didn't capture it, but he made the guy run out of LRMs. IMHO he was pretty methodical about
