Oh well, I tagged the code into the Redeem system anyway, and even though I've quit. It's just in case I lose my miserable mind and come back to this wreck of a game. I do wonder, though, if PGI will ever mess up badly enough to give everyone a "Banked 24-hour" for free to everyone.

Again it appears that there is no actual support for the oceanic regions and that we will continue to be kept in the dark when things happen. Had this happened on NA or Euro prime time i'd have woken to tweets from all manner of people and facebook posts keeping eveyone up to date.
This is especially worrying considering ALL services were down for some hours would people not have been woken regardless of the time of night to incident manage the issue and be alerted that it's down?
As someone who works in IT and is aware that if everything is down then it's an insta Priority 1 issue then people get woken up and bridges get setup to work through the issue. One of the key things that also HAS to be done is that the users/customers MUST be notified it appears that this only occurs when it suits the major player base.
I'm extremely disappointed and peeved that there was no real mention again this morning about the outage and only a here's your April free premo time. It just goes to show where your attention and focus is.

This is normally a fairly active time here too. (And I actually wanted to play).
I remember it being around 7am Canada time, but the lack of communication goes for all of us, not just Oceanic.

normally you'd earn a free day anyway, so it's not much without an event going also.

I expect explanations whats going on, why we can´t play without crashes, why theres still a problem with the dropdecks even after the hotfix...wtf whatever...
And please bring this game to a solid state before slapping new mechpacks in my face!
No, one day premium time is not worth the frustration you produced the last few days!
PGI, communicate!
